Sprint 3 Plan

Sprint 3 Plan

Sprint 3 focuses on implementing the key decisions from user testing and Workshop 3, with final delivery on January 31st.

Key Decisions Made

1. Entry Point — Report First

Show a completed report first, then users create their own. This addresses the context problem — 3/5 users who had context understood the value immediately.

2. Setup Architecture — Flexible but Structured (Option C)

Flow: Presets → Review → Optional Chat → Start Research

  • Technical requirement from Bartosz: Chat step needed before processing for clarifying questions
  • Simplify the workflow graph to 5 fixed columns
  • Make things disabled by default until a preset is selected

3. Report View — Categories with Points

  • Executive Brief as entry, but with category headers
  • Show depth exists ("37 risks, showing top 3")
  • Headers labeling each section (risk, opportunity, etc.)

4. New Features Required

  • Dashboard view (entry point for returning users)
  • Enterprise user flow
  • Custom request form ("Request dedicated implementation")
  • User settings page template

5. Platform Positioning — Broader Than VC

  • Onboarding: Add asset class selection
  • Adjust predefined questions (Daniel/Kamil to provide content)
  • "Asset de-risking" positioning instead of just "VC diligence"

  3. Categories with depth indicators in report view
  4. Dashboard navigation
